How to request quotes for a construction site
You publish an RFQ in the Building materials category, with quantities, specifications and the site location. A scanned bill of quantities can be turned directly into an RFQ, and the AI assistant helps with the description. Matching suppliers send offers, which you negotiate in rounds with each of them.
How to find material suppliers close to the site
Distance counts in the match score, and in product and company search you filter by radius, region, county or city and can search around up to 5 locations. Each supplier profile shows its locations, ANAF verification and public financial statements.
For material manufacturers and distributors
You list your catalogue with price range, currency and categories, or import it from an Excel file. You create follow filters for RFQs in your categories and get notified when a contractor or developer publishes a matching RFQ.
Agreement and contract
After negotiation, you confirm the agreement in two phases and choose whether you need a contract, generated from the company template (PDF) or uploaded. Markonex does not process payments or deliver goods: payment and delivery are agreed directly between the companies.

Does Markonex deliver the construction materials?
No. Markonex does not sell, deliver or process payments. Delivery and payment are agreed directly between buyer and supplier, according to their agreement.
