B2B auto parts: RFQs to auto parts suppliers for businesses
On Markonex, car repair shops, fleet operators, parts shops and workshops buy B2B auto parts from distributors, importers and manufacturers in Romania: you publish an RFQ with one or several parts, the platform automatically finds matching ANAF-verified suppliers, and the offer, negotiation, agreement and contract happen on the same platform.

Who buys and who sells auto parts on Markonex?
The platform connects companies that constantly need auto parts, consumables and accessories with companies that distribute, import or manufacture them.
- Buyers: car repair shops and workshops, transport companies and companies with their own fleets, auto parts shops, tyre shops, car rental companies and procurement departments.
- Sellers: auto parts distributors and importers, wholesalers of tyres, oils and consumables, component manufacturers and regional resellers.
Which category do auto parts belong to on the platform?
Markonex has no dedicated auto parts category. Distributors and shops usually list parts in the "Retail and wholesale" category, under the "Distribution" or "Non-food" subcategories, and component manufacturers in "Manufacturing", under "Automotive manufacturing".
The category is not a strict filter: semantic search finds requests and products by the meaning of the text, for example "brake pads for vans", whatever category was chosen, and the category only helps rank results. The platform has no part-number catalogue and does not identify parts by VIN, so you add the technical details to the request yourself.
How do you request quotes from several auto parts suppliers for businesses?
You publish an RFQ with a single part or a list, with the quantity of each line, the location and the validity period, 30 days by default. In the description you state the vehicle make and model, year, the manufacturer part code if you have it, the version you want (original or aftermarket) and the delivery time. From a text, a photo of a handwritten list or a PDF, Word or Excel document, AI extracts the lines, and you check them before publishing.
Matching suppliers send offers per line, and you compare the offers line by line and can award each line to a different supplier. If you already work with a distributor, you send it a direct price request with "Request price", from its profile or a product page.
How does selling auto parts between companies work on Markonex?
You list your products with a description, price range, currency, categories and an image, or import the catalogue from an Excel file, up to 1,000 rows at a time. Buyers find you through semantic product search and can request a price directly.
You create following filters for the types of parts and the areas you deliver to and are notified in the app, by push or by email when a repair shop or a fleet operator publishes a matching RFQ. You offer on the lines you have and negotiate in rounds, up to 20, with the changes highlighted in every round.
How do you check an auto parts supplier?
Each company profile shows the ANAF data by CUI: legal name, CAEN code, VAT and e-Factura status and registered office, plus the public financial statements. Companies not verified by ANAF are marked distinctly, and the "Verified by the platform" badge shows the company was also validated based on documents. After completed agreements, companies can rate and review each other.
After negotiation, you confirm the agreement in two phases and choose whether it comes with or without a contract. A platform-verified seller can issue the invoice from the agreement and send it to e-Factura.
Examples of use
The scenarios below show how the platform can be used for auto parts. These are illustrative examples, not cases of real customers.
- A car repair shop publishes a 5-line RFQ for next week's services: filters, brake pads and discs, with the make and model of each car.
- A transport company with 20 vans requests offers for a set of winter tyres and compares the offers of three wholesalers on each line.
- A parts shop in Iași looks for a new oils and consumables distributor and checks the suppliers' public financial statements before negotiating.
- A regional distributor imports its battery and consumables catalogue from Excel and creates following filters for the counties it delivers to.
Can you find auto parts suppliers from ChatGPT, Claude or with an AI agent?
Yes, if your company is verified by the platform. Through the Markonex MCP server you type in ChatGPT or Claude, for example "find me brake pad suppliers in Moldova and show me whether they are ANAF-verified", and the assistant searches companies and products and prepares the RFQ, which you publish after confirmation. A distributor can let a Markonex AI agent follow new RFQs every day and prepare offers for a colleague's approval.
What does Markonex not do?
Markonex does not sell or deliver parts, does not process payments and is not a party to contracts between companies. The platform does not check the homologation or origin of parts and provides no compatibility catalogues; compatibility, warranty and delivery are agreed directly with the supplier, in the negotiation and the agreement.
